Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at edensnestnaturals.com. You can return an item only if it’s unopened and unused after it has shipped. We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used. Return shipping is not free.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in the original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at edensnestnaturals@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at edensnestnaturals@gmail.com. Send us photos of the damaged item within 72hrs of receiving it.

If your order is lost or hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from the expected delivery date, please contact us to file a claim and we will help you get a replacement.
